Valentina Harris is a
renowned authority on Italian food and culture.
Author of many books on
Italian food including “Risotto! Risotto!” and “Valentina’s Four
Seasons” Valentina has already successfully run courses in
Sicily and France. It is intended that Borgo di Colleoli becomes
her Tuscan base.
Valentina's numerous
television appearances, journalism, cookery demonstrations,
lectures and books have made her a much loved cookery
personality both in the United Kingdom and further afield.
With a career spanning
over 20 years, Valentina is never happier than when hosting what
she calls her "culinary adventures" and we hope that you can

Come and join us for
our Taster Course in March!
Valentina will be
running a weekend break cookery course at the Borgo from Friday
7th March to Monday 10th March. Priced at £780 per cook and £200
for non-cook partners, the course includes lessons in the
Palazzo’s extensive and well equipped kitchens, accommodation,
wine tasting and all meals.
