As a working estate, the Borgo di Colleoli included an extensive range of farm buildings adjacent to the main Palazzo.

These traditional buildings have been lovingly restored into individual self catering studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. They include all the requirements of modern living with air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings, satellite TV and DVD and well-equipped kitchenettes and bathrooms.

During the recent renovation, priority has been given to the retention of the rustic charm of these beautiful old buildings from exposed beams to terracotta floors and even the occasional restored fresco.

A cleaning service is provided with linen and towels changed twice weekly. A personal laundry service is available at an extra cost and payable locally.

The Apartments offer either a Monday or Friday changeover. Flexible durations are also available: 3 nights Friday to Monday or 4 nights Monday to Friday and 10 nights Friday to Monday or 11 nights Monday to Friday.
